We lost a son last April after watching every body cam from local police and state police are sons autopsy came back for loss of blood video shows the ambulance people doing nothing for vitals or even noticing his leg was broke in half and then they decided to pull him away from the car and nobody held his head so it bounced of the ground this place should be closed or they need better training everyone involved would talk to us and gave us all body cams but they won't speak to us so when you call I hope it's not anything ma... read more

We called the Vermilion number twice to verify they would transport my brother to Cleveland Clinic hospital instead of Mercy hospital in Lorain. Twice we were told yes. The ambulance gets there and they say they can only transport to Mercy. Classic bait and switch. They just assumed we would say okay take him to Mercy. So my husband and I had to drive him to Avon, Don’t believe a word they tell you on the phone.
