Pretty rude to my Wife about her issues. She has cardiomyopathy and we’re in Elyria and I get she’s annoying but they are very very rude to her
Omg this place is the best. LifeCare ambulance was great! Only because of their two employees! Danilo and Oliver!!! We encountered several surprises along the way and we took care of them as a team. They were very compassionate and helped me through a crazy appointment. Getting up the elevator was an Adventure also. But we navigated the roadblocks as a team. The only reason I give life care a five is because of their two employees. I want Danilo and Oliver on my next ride. Two five star employees!!!!!!
The ambulance itself was dirty! There was no air conditioning until I asked for it 4 or 5 times. The two crew members were not dressed for the job. Seemed like very inexperienced crew.
