Be very careful. This company is outrageous in their billing. The bill for everything. The care team does care and helped our family member but there clearly is a pressure on staff to run up the bills for sure. They bill for unsolicited or requested emails even. they billed up to discuss the billing. Be careful- do your research and read your contract.
Avoid this company! They seemed to be owned by a consortium of lawyers and they definitely bill like a law firm. They nickel and dime everything and their billable rate is $220 an hour. We realized way too late and had 4 months of obscene billing before we were able to get a more honest Home Care Company in place. Trust me, they are not worth it and they don't accept insurance.
