I see that this place has been purchased by another company, The Orchard. The guys at this place are very knowledgeable. They are very professional and completed both of my repairs that I have had in there rather quickly. Both Todd (the manager) and Michael were very helpful and answered any questions I had. I see the bad review that was posted earlier and I couldn't disagree more with Dodge. He seems like a disgruntled customer who didn't get what he wanted.

I have had the opportunity to purchase an I pad and Apple Aire Laptop over the last three years. I also own an I phone. I attended free classes at this store two years ago and have been in numerous times to get help and advice. Todd and his staff have been wonderful and I have referred many people to Todd. I am going tomorrow with my husband to meet with Todd to buy another Apple computer. I think Todd's service is first class!

What I “Hated” was the response to Mr. Mcpherson’s review Mike LeCroix "Director of Fun” wrote back to him. I was considering driving down to buy a Macbook Air today so I looked up Life bytes on google for the hours and then I found and read this review. Amazingly inappropriate! I am firmly on Mr. Mcpherson’s side on this! How offensive was it to also place the total dollars Mr. McPherson had spent at this store online for public view. The people there are rude. If you ask them to many questions, they stop you ans tell you if you ask anymore questions they will have to charge you.
