Caitlyn Messina is one of the most caring, and thoughtful people I know. She listens without judgement and is compassionate.
My issue is with my intake appointment. My intake specialist was impersonal and the entire meeting was filled with her taking notes. She did not seem to have any empathy for me. Now, if my copay is $10, I should not be charged $65 for an intake appointment. I do not trust this practice to keep moving forward with my care, and I will be seeking better options elsewhere.
