Very unprofessional front desk staff. They answer and do not speak but you are able to hear them typing. I called back several times, once they picked up and hung up. The others it just rings. This was enough to see what using this office will be like.
I researched several different offices before choosing Lifeboat Medical Associates and Dr. O’Heron. At my first appointment, I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to go with this practice.The office staff is kind, courteous and extremely professional. I had to leave the doctor office crying. She’s a mean doctor that doesn’t listen their patients needs and concerns. The doctor (o’heron) made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I don’t recommend this doctor unless you want to leave having a panic attack, embarrassment and crying out of her office.
I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and I love it here. Very peaceful. I felt very comfortable talking to Dr. Sarah. She is very Knowledgeable and experienced. I love it here!
Dr. O’heron is highly experienced and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her. The office staff is very friendly and they even have a play area for the children.
