Dr. O’heron is highly experienced and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her. The office staff is very friendly and they even have a play area for the children.

The office staff of this practice is completely unprofessional. After being a patient for a short time I realized I would best be seen at another office due to the front office staff and not being able to provider I requested. Ever since , I’ve had billing issues ( being over charged only since telling them I’m ) the office manager Anna is purposely hold my records for 30 days although I was told they would be sent the same day. I am new to Lifeboat and am so happy with my change. I am getting wholistic care and not just symptom treating. My daughter is a patient here and recommended it to me.
It’s been super slow since the last time I’ve been, my appointment was at 3:15 and it is now 3:45, this happened last time aswell, usually not a smoothe experience, but great staff
