I really like Mercedes she is cut n dry she doesn’t sugar coat anything, she really take the time to hear me out then give great advice. I am not just a number to her I really appreciate that. The front desk ladies are very professional I wish it felt more welcoming but I will not complain because professionalism is very important(just smile).
