This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life with a doctors office. I have been trying to get this location send my prescription to the pharmacy and I have been getting the run around like nobody's business. The prescription I need is for High Blood Pressure. My readings prior to going to this office was 183/100. On the day of the visit, my readings were 160/101. I had pleasant experiences and enlightening conversations with Dr. O. She made me feel comfortable with not so comfortable health issues (obesity, declining desire for sex, hot flashes) during my visits over a one-year period. However, on one occasion I saw Dr. O and thereafter saw the nutrionist/dietician which changed my favorable opinion and lead to my depature. I never returned. The doctor is amazing. She tells it as it is. She looks for what is better for you, even if it's not the most popular. However, she needs a better support team. They keep asking you the same questions over and over, make you wait for 45 minutes, and charge you 100 dollars for missing or missing an appointment.
I had a 10am appointment, I spent over one hour in this cold room waiting for the doctor. No one came to check on me. It happened so many times to me.
The lady at the front desk today was very rude. Was told i can not be seen because i didn’t have my medical card. But theres a system where u can see if its active. I drove 30 mins there and the supervisor was no help at all. Personally think it was because of my race!!
