After my daughter has had an unexplained medical issue for 6 months the doctor ordered a repeat ultrasound. At the office they had me call our insurance to make sure a repeat u/s was covered. Our Tricare insurance said that as long as it's medically necessary, it is covered. Jenna, the u/s tech, opined that since it's the same diagnosis and it's a repeat u/s that it's not medically necessary so my daughter left. When she left she asked for a school note. I really enjoyed my visit. The staff was Great. The NP was Amazing and Answered all of my questions. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life with a doctors office. I have been trying to get this location send my prescription to the pharmacy and I have been getting the run around like nobody's business. The prescription I need is for High Blood Pressure. My readings prior to going to this office was 183/100. On the day of the visit, my readings were 160/101.
