The staff at Shepp are so skilled, calm, friendly, professional and really lovely to interact with. Always make me feel great for having donated blood or plasma. Quick with a joke and laugh too. Always such a positive experience. Steph, Marg, Sandra, Lyn, Abby, Di - all brilliant! (The ones I see the most.)
The staff are incredible. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, but special shoutout to Jess and Lyn. I’ve donated at a number of centres/mobile vans and the staff have always been great, but this team were next level.
All of the girls are wonderful and caring, and the snacks are always stocked! Never had a bad experience.
Every time I donate it’s like visiting friends! Thanks so much for proving this service and the free laughs
