I am a Plasma donor as it helps 4-5 people. The staff at Lifeblood are very nice, always smiling, professional and helpful. I recommend everyone to become a blood and plasma donor. Great place and very friendly staff. Parking isn't too bad either and if you are going to be more than 1 hour you can ask for a parking time extension permit.
Jon at Mt Waverley is the best in the business. I get white coat fever and get high blood pressure readings, to the point, my blood cant be taken. Jon was so comforting and reassuring and got me settled , and i was able to donate my Blood. The Receptionist was lovely with a greeting smile and a departing smile on departure.
Plenty of parking and staff are friendly, attentive.
