I donated plasma for the 1st time 2day.i was very nervous but it was so easy.great staff.especially Ant.she was fantastic.
Had a terrible experience trying to give plasma/blood. The girl on reception (Sam) talked me into donating plasma as I had a common blood type. Then after completing the same questionnaire that I had already completed online, and then going through it with 2 other girls, plus answering other questions (which was fine), I went out on the floor. The 2 girls interviewing me said they thought my right arm was best for taking plasma. Sam, now on the floor, disagreed and said my left arm was best. She missed the vein on my left ar... read more
This is a nice donor centre. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Snacks are good. You really feel valued as a donor when the facility is so high quality
This centre is so lovely & welcoming! All staff are lovely but a special shout out to Liz & Ant, they were so beautiful towards me!
