The staff are amazing and caring. Such a wonderful team. Love to see more people get involved in donating blood or plasma.
Everyone is sooo lovely and helpful. 1000/10 service. Next time i’m visiting i’ll definitely come back to donate, so easy and quick.

Been coming here for 20 years. Have never experienced anything but a good time. Staff are all friendly, and competent, the chairs comfortable and the banter brilliant. New addition of a library, from which to borrow books between donations, is a great innovation too (particularly welcome in a City with only two bookshops)!
