1st timer n everything was easy comfortable & strait forward... staff were great
107 donations down the majority at Edgewater. The team at Edgewater are so friendly, funny and caring. My veins are not good and often play up (no fault of the staff) but the staff are always so caring. The staff are super stars and all have their own characters/personalties which makes it a pleasure to visit the centre. I’m often in early on a Sunday morning and they are always smiling. You nailed it on my last donation Claire thank you for caring and making me laugh.
Such an amazing place!! The staff here are so considerate and lovely and help you through every part of the experience with love and compassion. Deb was humorous and inviting and Lottie was so kind and helpful. Could not recommend the centre and experience enough xx
Loved this lifeblood donation centre, have donated at a fair few and this one takes the cake!! The staff were so friendly and such a nice atmosphere. Loved the pictures of pets too 🌞
