Lovely, helpful people. The environment is pleasant. Kind-hearted people can donate plasma or whole blood to help save the lives of those in need. The staff cooperate with a smile. There is also an arrangement for snacks.
My experience here, be it scheduling and / or staff, has always been excellent.
