Very friendly staff with top facilities. Even cater for dietary restrictions with their after-donation snacks.
The team over at Lifeblood Caulfield are consistently incredible. They have exceptional patient care, ensuring you are well looked after and comfortable throughout your entire visit. They make certain that you feel valued and appreciated for every donation. Their compelling efforts only wish I could donate more often.
I donated plasma today for the first time and Nurse Feng was absolutely incredible. She created a welcoming environment whilst being knowledgeable, professional and confident in her work. At one point I was a little uncomfortable, she was attentive and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything was ok and acted accordingly.
