Lifeblood Caulfield Donor Centre is my go-to spot for donating. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process, which makes everything feel easy and comfortable. One thing that really stands out is the convenience of the location. Happy staff who are very supportive and make you feel important.
The ladies there were great. Very friendly and happy to help. It was my first time giving blood and they made it a nice experience. Plasma donations can take an hour, so it's good to bring a book or do something on your phone and relax while it happens. Blood donation is pretty fast though and only around 15 minutes. Comfortable chairs and lots of snacks and drinks to be had afterwards
