It seems my feedback about strange booking for appointment was removed here, and no response to my feedback about not being able to book an appointment online for my first appointment and other appointments after this, even those I donated blood before, because they don't want me to donate blood? PS So ringing the 13 or email issues we'll suddenly be investigated and action taken? I had my second donation at this location. The supervisor on duty (name beginning with A) was cold, unfriendly, and made me feel like a product needing to be harvested. I’m not expecting the red carpet, but a little bit of empathy and humanity would go a long way. I was so stressed out by her demeanour, I ended up experiencing a vasovagal response. I won’t let this deter me from donating, but I wouldn’t come back here again.
I can see why so many people don’t donate anymore. Not a good experience. Made me feel like a fool. Not easy to donate if you’re a first timer. Such a shame.
Honestly, I am very pissed off rn. I have been donating here for 9 months blood and plasma, every two weeks... Two weeks ago I was not allowed to donate due to low iron (last day of my period). Fair. They did tell me, I will be able to donate again in two weeks, no worries. And now, I have got blocked for damn 6 months without even telling me. Thanks for your appreciation!
