It was my first time donating here and I was very happy with my experience. Although I was quite afraid of the cannulation process, Irene kept me well-informed and comfortable throughout. The kitchen was well-stocked with a great variety of snacks to cater to different tastebuds and I was able to rest there for as long as I needed afterwards.
