Lovely greeting on entry (Brisb Donor Centre) ... given questionnaire to complete on notebook (didn't take long to complete) ... quick review with one of the staff then shown the cafe area to help myself too .. short wait then shown to a chair .. given a thorough review of the process & then painless needle into your arm. Donated plasma - took around 30-45 mins ... they run a very 'smooth operation' .. after donation you are then welcome to food, coffee, juices etc ... very happy to recommend to all.
