DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about patients, only money. Check your explanation of benefits to see how shady it is the amount the bill your insurance for an hour. Their therapists leave frequently and the doctors schedule 3-month follow ups but then the company will drop you after 2. then you must do the whole intake process again! Worst experience if you are trying to get your life back
