I was most impressed with Elena’s kindness, professionalism, and work. I came in aware I had damaged and brittle ends with many split ends. I told her I wanted to keep as much length as possible but if the hair was unhealthy I was ok with it being chopped. She assessed my hair and gave me a few options. One involving keeping more length for now and returning for end trimmings. Or cutting more now. I opted for the latter and she gave me long layers like I asked. I recently visited this salon and was initially quoted a price for my services. However, when it came time to pay, I was charged more after the person who quoted me had left. This was unexpected and left me feeling uncomfortable. Additionally, during my appointment, I felt judged when I requested a particular service. I believe every customer should feel respected and that quotes should be honored. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet my expectations.
