Wonderful staff and a very welcoming environment. I would recommend them to anyone.
My experience has gone from a 5 star experience to a 2 star. I have been with Dr. Hooton for years even before Life Tree Psychiatry. He still is a very good doctor. But it has become extremely stressful to contact him or his office. Be aware they only respond one or two days per week. I used to call and leave messages but he made a comment about leaving too many at one appointment. He also made it clear that others emergencies are not his problem. A review is an interesting concept for something as personal as mental health treatment, but Dr H is an incredibly wise and compassionate human and has saved my life.
Always willing to listen and the only time there was an issue he was willing to work through the issue and find a reasonable resolution! One of the better ones out there! My biggest complaint is I've only had them pick up the phone one of the many times I've attempted calling. They like their messaging system online, but even that seems a little outdated in how it's implemented online
I have been seeing Dr. Hooton for 4 years now. He provides excellent care. I couldn’t recommend him high enough. I always walk out of his office in high spirits. His office staff is great too. I’ve never had to wait long to get a response back from his office. Once again he’s just a great Doc.
