When my wife brought up the conversation of us going to therapy I initially had feelings of trepidation. We were in a good place and so I felt like this was out of left field. I have loved all my interactions with Julia. She immediately makes you feel comfortable and understood. She does an amazing job at both relating to your experiences, while also guiding with confidence. It's clear from the moment you meet her that she is fully invested in everyone she helps. She helps people to feel hope again and believe they can heal. I recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who shows up with deep compassion, intuitive understanding, genuine empathy, and strong clinical skills.

Alyssa is the bomb. I've had 3 other therapist in the past and never had a good connection but with Alyssa we clicked instantly. 10/10 highly recommend especially for young girls.
