Me and my husband had a wonderful experience here with Monique. We used couple’s counseling as a way to keep our relationship healthy and have strong communication and conflict resolution prior to having kids, and she really equipped us with the tools to carry that forward. Monique truly creates a safe space to share, is so patient and unbiased, and has an arsenal of exercises to use as a couple to remain kind and forgiving. Thank you for strengthening our bond!

Alyssa is an amazing and kind therapist. Even though i’ve only been seeing her for ~3 months she has already begun making a big impact on my mindset and day-to-day life. She’s also very understanding of personal quirks/issues. For example, I always stress about needing to have the same routine every week including therapy day/time so she makes sure to keep up on scheduling me way out in advance so I can relax. I’d recommend her to everyone!
