Kim has helped me out of the darkest days of my life. I’ve never been a believer in therapy but gave it a try out of desperation. I committed to the activities and exercises even though I was skeptical and I’m now optimistic and happy. I am a big believer now, you need to put in the work for results but it’s only been 6 months and I am unrecognizable from where I was when I first met her. Kim is amazing and knows how to help people.
