William is the man! Awesome massages and works on exactly what you ask for, no frills
Great overall gym- clean, nice amenities, good volume of space. Echo the complaints on the squat rack availability during peak but appreciate how the gym listens to feedback and is working to correct and improve this actively. Less main character energy from other gym members than at Equinox.
I wish I could split my review into pieces because my experience has been mixed. On the positive side, I have had several massages with William who is extraordinarily talented and alone should receive 5 stars. I had some debilitating hip and neck pain and he helped to put me back in order thoroughly and effectively. He is one to seek out and has a very advanced knowledge of anatomy so can work with you on recovery from challenging injuries. I’m a relatively new member. There is one area with squat racks. There are VERY frequently classes there AT PEAK TIMES, 7-9am, 5-7pm, where unless you’re in the class, you get kicked out. No using squat racks. That is simply unacceptable. Many of us join for squat racks and it’s literally unavailable over half of peak times sometimes.
