There was a technician at my house in less than 20 minutes. He was able to fix the gate so it would work properly and not get stuck in the middle. I was very surprised with how fast he arrived and the great price I was charged. I am very happy customer.

I just had my garage fixed by one of the guys at Lifetime Garage Door Repair. As soon as I described the problem (Garage door was rocking when it was closing) they knew what to do and fixed the problem. I am giving them 5 stars because they were honest and fixed the problem quickly. Another garage store was giving me a quote of a few thousand bucks to change a whole bunch of hardware.

Came out for service call but didn't arrive until the last minute of the 4 hr time frame. Our garage door was unusable for 3 days and then on the day they were to come, once again, the time frame was not adhered to! The cost was very high as well.
