This facility has it all. It’s better than advertised. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility is top notch. “Everything under one roof.” I highly recommend. Haley’s Shred class and Chantel’s Amp Cycle. The yoga classes are the best I’ve taken. The pool and spa are as awesome as any DFW high end spa. The Recovery is top notch. This location is worth every penny.

I've been a member since this gym first opened, and it has never disappointed me. The hours are perfect for my busy work schedule, making it easy to stay consistent. They offer a great selection of equipment and weights, and their personal training team is top-notch. I've been training with Luke for almost a year and have seen incredible results. I have been a member of this gym for almost a year now and can say the experience has been wonderful. The staff is extremely kind and always willing to help with any concerns. From the front desk staff, Chantal always greeting with a warm welcome, and to the locker room staff Matthew keeping all areas clean and tidy. I couldn't ask for a cleaner well run facility even after a year of being open. I visit the gym every day on lunch break and it is truly a place of peace for me.
