Honestly this location made me want to cancel my entire life time membership. Front desk staff is great, equipment is nice but the locker room staff and floor staff is just so rude. When I would ask a question I was constantly met with a condescending tone or like I was an inconvenience. So much for a gym that charges almost $300 a month
I appreciate many aspects of Lifetime, but I find the layout to be inconvenient—especially when accessing the strength training and muscle-building area. From the main entrance, you're required to go down a set of stairs, then up another set just to reach the area with the weights and heavy duty machines. When you're done, you repeat the process in reverse—downstairs and then upstairs again. There is a door that leads directly to the equipment area, but it's not used as the primary access point. I go to lifetime pretty consistently; it’s a very well kept gym! I take the yoga classes & all my instructors are great - Aseela, nautica, Sam, & Taitum! As well, Shannon at the front desk really is top notch. She has great customer service (even at 5am!) - She always has a smile on her face and goes above & beyond to help the customer
I was reading the 1-star reviews and those people are clueless. They don’t know what they’ve got! Compared to my Lifetime - South Austin, which is a complete dump, this is nicest gym I’ve ever seen in my life. You haters just don’t know how bad it is at the old locations…. Get over it!
