Never stepped a foot in the gym. Never refunded or given grace to forward the fees I paid to the next periodnsince I had ran into some family issues. Find a different gym

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lifetime. My designer ring was stolen while I was at the facility, and when I reported it, I was told I would hear back from the manager within 24 hours as she was going to check the cameras. A full week went by with no communication. Finally, I received nothing more than a brief email stating, “unfortunately we did not find anything.” There was no real follow-up, no accountability, and no genuine concern for the seriousness of what happened. I had my hair blown out by Erica while my arm was out of commission due to previous rotator cuff surgery. She was gentle and worked efficiently on my hair, avoiding my injured arm. We had positive conversation during my service, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend going to see her for your hair needs.”

I paid for a day pass and took the hot yoga with kathleen which was amazing. At the end of class she told everyone to go to the third floor for refreshments. I went to the third floor and an employee by the name of Carrie (older white lady) stopped me and said this is only for the 6 pm yoga class. She was rude and abrasive. I am no longer considering joining this gym.
