Front desk never picks up the phone. That is crazy for the amount of money they charge. This review is specific to the mount laurel location. Gym is great but front desk needs an overhaul.

I’ve been a member (on and off) at Lifetime Mount Laurel for about 10 years, and unfortunately, I’ve seen a major decline in quality over time. First, I want to acknowledge that their childcare is truly the best in the area, this review is not about that. The caregivers are incredible, and the service is unmatched by any other gym locally. I was being constantly verbally abused by a used car saleman in this gym who I rejected almost three years ago after going out once that year. Now its he said she said and his platonic female lawyer friend is lying to get me kicked out. All of our activities are now restricted based on each other. Its like paying for a full membership but not having a full mrmbership. I went back to the gym and he is verbally abusing me every day I work out.
