I wish I could give more stars. Sometimes the employees ruin the gym. There’s a few, meaning a couple that shouldn’t be working there. It seems that lack a lot of supervision! For the most part, the best are working the front desk. I wish I could say a better review about the rest. There’s no training and quite a few desperately need it. I am a longtime member at this location. I’ve personally witnessed and first-hand experienced behavior that felt unsavory and at times antagonistic toward members. It’s difficult to understand the value in that approach. The concerns about the front desk staff are valid. I want to offer this feedback as something that could be useful for both this location and corporate leadership. Would rate 5 stars if the basketball court wasn’t used for pickleball so often, and if both jacuzzis were brought back instead of just one. I also don’t see many people using the cold plunge for it to be that large. Also, to the girl making smoothies in the cafe, you are doing a GREAT job!
