Edited 2/11/26: The gym used to be great, but they kept raising the price without making any improvements to the facilities. I stopped going in late 2024, and I just saw that the price has increased by nearly 70% since then. After looking at recent reviews, it also seems like cleanliness and hygiene have become major issues.

I love it here this gym is definitely next level and the reason I say that is because my nervous system feels so regulated here. From the quiet lounges to the beautiful scents all over the facility it really relaxed you. I love the machines and how you can track all your workouts from your phone or watch. I love the inbody scan that really helped me understand where I stand health wise. Repeated lack of instructor coverage and poor communication for children’s swim lessons at Life Time Fort Washington. We arrived on time and were asked to wait, only to later be told the instructor was not there — not the first time this has happened. I wasted a significant amount of time with my children due to staff’s failure to communicate. For a premium-priced club, this level of organization is unacceptable. We canceled all swim lessons as a result.
