I love the community but the manager is the ABSOLUTE WORST. He has a habit of destroying all the community building activities. He put a stop to birthday parties for staff who are generous enough to teach on their birthdays. Then he made the unilateral decision to cancel ALL cycle classes, even though many had a cult following with beloved instructors. One instructor ONLY taught cycle. I had a wonderful experience at Life Time. Ali was incredibly helpful and made the whole sign-up process easy and stress-free. He helped me sign up my entire family and took the time to explain everything clearly. The facility is clean, spacious, and full of great amenities, making it a perfect place for families. Excellent customer service and a great first impression!

Management at LifeTime Centreville has completely closed the cycle studio classes/program - getting rid of the studio bikes, to be replaced with special "Signature Membership" classes. It's very upsetting to lose the BEST low impact group fitness class they *used* to offer here. Two other NoVa LifeTime locations will continue to offer cycle/spin classes, but not at Centreville - my home gym. My one star reflects disappointment over the removal of cycle classes. For a fitness facility that promotes community and consistency, this decision feels out of touch with members’ needs. These classes foster motivation and connection. Please reconsider and engage members before making changes that impact so many.
