I’ve had a good overall experience at Life Time Fitness, and I primarily use the facility for swimming. However, recently it has become increasingly difficult to access the pool. During peak after-work hours, the pool is reserved for the swim team, and on weekends there are also significant blocks of time taken up by team use and swimming classes. The manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable. Jessica, who works as a Membership Concierge, spoke in a rude and disrespectful tone and showed no interest in listening or resolving the issue.
