I am deeply disappointed with Lifetime Burlington due to their lax safety practices with children and the total lack of care from management. Our first incident involved our 6-year-old son nearly drowning during swimming lessons. This was followed by him breaking his arm in the kids' gym while left unattended. Had a family membership for the last few years. It was never a good value to begin with due to the limited amenities compared to some of their other locations. They recently emailed that there would be no rate increase for existing members. Weeks later they emailed saying there will be an increase. They will be adding 100s of new members from the condos they’re building. It will make it even busier and a worse value that it already is.
