I enjoyed the club when joined two years go, but condition changed (price boost without big service upgrade). Also recently noticed inconsistent enforcement of pool lane-sharing rules. When I reached out to management for clarification, I never received a response. It’s disappointing, as clear and consistent communication would help all members know what to expect and make better use of the facilities (No one deserved waiting for 1h).
Needs hours of operation
Standing here waiting for a rack, because the “Alpha” training class is using 6 of them at peak hours to do banded lateral raise and dumbbell curls. For how much more expensive this Lifetime is compared to others in the area, it’s honestly disappointing how much they discourage using the café/lounge areas for any kind of work or relaxation. All of the outlets are covered up, which means you can’t charge a laptop or even your phone anywhere outside of their new paid “business area.” It really feels like they’re pushing members to pay extra for something that used to be a basic amenity.
