Clean and staff are super friendly. Welcoming environment for people at different levels of experience and fitness. Did a few training sessions with Ben. Has a very wholistic approach to fitness and is very flexible adapting workouts to different needs/goals. Really enjoyed the sessions, learned valuable technique improvements and exercises I'll incorporate into my normal routine. I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with the General Manager at the Medford location, Zach. I reached out with a simple question about reinstating my membership because I was interested in returning. Instead, Zach was extremely rude, dismissive, and even laughed at me during our conversation. When I expressed that I was unhappy with how I was being treated, he told me he would do nothing to help and went so far as to threaten that I would no longer be allowed to be a member at that location. Clean environment, well maintained, reminds me a bit of Equinox vibes, my only complaint is that they don’t have a Steam room, otherwise it’s a great place to work out! Staff is friendly and welcoming.
