Warning - confirm the price before beginning your service - Lifespa has overcharged me on two separate occasions!!! Most recently - I went for a haircut on October 14 at 6pm - right before close. The receptionist asked if she could close me out and charge my tab (I’m a club member) and I agreed. I went in to discuss membership. The girl at the front desk was so rude and offputting. I could barely get information from her. She acted like she was way too good to provide any information and extremely unwelcoming. We walked out the door, went to the village and joined the village. I could not believe we were treated so poorly, especially by someone working at the front desk: When someone’s walking in to join a club, you would think they would get a Warmer reception maybe they have two too many members?
