I want to extend a warm thank you to Kyara Byner and Etienne Brown who are both exceptionally good at their jobs and provide phenomenal customer service. I have enjoyed this location for many Years because of their professionalism.
I read many of the negative reviews, but I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt and consider signing up for a membership. On July 10, 2026, at approximately 4:24 PM, I called the facility. If your calls are recorded, I encourage management to review the conversation. I was simply calling to ask whether, if I arrived before 6:00 PM, someone would be available to give me a tour of the facility.
