I’ve had a history of unpleasant experiences at Lifetime, especially with the front desk staff. Every time I visited in the past, the employees at the front desk were consistently rude and condescending. They rarely answered questions in a respectful or helpful way, and I eventually stopped coming because I didn’t feel comfortable giving my money to a place that doesn’t reflect the values it promotes like being community oriented and welcoming. Blood, Rust, Black Mold & Feces I've been a member at Lifetime for 8 years, and unfortunately, the quality has steadily declined while the price continues to climb. The most concerning issue is the state of the locker rooms — I've seen black mold, rust, and even unsanitary conditions like blood and feces left uncleaned. I came here with a trial/guest and was considering signing up. It looked great at first but the toiletries, shampoos/conditioners/soap in the locker room were really low quality. The place was also a mess. They built a really nice building and looks like they've just let the club deteriorate.

Shady practices. When I signed up in one location, I was told I could use others. When I went to another, they told me no because the gym membership is more expensive and I’d have to make my membership price match the location. With memberships always going up over time, you will be forced to continually pay more because of this.
