Terrible amenities. Fake watery hand sanitizer instead of real soap. Bad customer service.
has gone downhill. never any towels in gym room or in locker room. sauna and steam room has become too small and overcrowded. increasing your rates every renewal. not worth it anymore. recommend paying a bit more and pay for equinox.
Came in to set up a membership today and was assisted by Zach at the front desk. He was very insightful and took excellent care of me!
While I do enjoy the amenities it is definitely not what they make it out to be at all. The bathrooms are dirty, there is actually mold on the handles in the family bathrooms. The main reason we joined was because we were paying the same amount monthly for our children’s swim lessons so we figured why not have a family membership. Well the swim lessons are an absolute joke. I was told to take my children to be assessed before the free trial. 2 stars because…what are you really paying for? Signed up for a monthly membership at $260/mo. Loved the layout and amenities. However, the gym is always crowded and I find myself waiting for machines. Some days it’s clear how they’ve oversold memberships into the new year. I realized that you get access to other facilities with your membership so I began to look into it. My membership at LT Northshore for $260/mo only gave me access to Peabody and Medford.
