Excellent gym — well-organized, and offers a wide variety of classes for all fitness levels. The instructors are professional and the atmosphere is always positive and motivating. Highly recommend!
I am not a whiner, nor a Karen but the people in the front desk certainly are. They act like they are doing you a favor for explaining the rules to you, which is definitely their job. Furthermore, when they find customers or guests in an honest mistake, they become extremely rude and arrogant like they caught the country's most wanted. It seems like they experience a sick satisfaction from denying entry to guests. I’m writing this review hoping that the owner/ manager anyone that dare sees it. I had an appointment at the spa on 09/13/2025 my mom had the following appointment l. They called me asking me if I can come in the morning instead of the afternoon because the hairstylist had cancelationc I said I can’t! So what they did they cancelled both appointments to give her a day off. I wonder why the spa is open if you cancel scheduled confirmed appointments a day before just to give the stylist a day off.
