Great atmosphere, staff, and facilities.
$400/month for my wife and I(another 60/month if we want to bring our 7 month old to the pool). Why is customer service from the front desk so poor? Also, I've been a member for 19 years and visited every club in MN, why is Edina the only club that the sauna and steamroon smell musty? How is this even possible at your "flagship" location? I'm going to miss many of the amenities. However, the current business model and price gouging make it very difficult to justify continuing the membership.
I’m a paying guest who came in for a scheduled spa consultation at Lifetime, hoping to receive builder gel services as advertised. Unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed and disrespected — not just as a client, but as a woman of color expecting basic professionalism. From the moment I walked in, the tone was off.
