I went here with a friend. We were both paying members. When I went with them, I realized how poorly they were treated by the front staff. It was clear that it was a racial microaggression they way they looked them (and myself afterwards) up and down, the vibe shift, the tone policing, the guarded rudeness and coldness masked as professionalism. Leaky cieling dribbling orange rusty liquid. Your hot tub sucks. It should be illegal not accepting US currency. Also if this is your flag ship store why do you have a tiny locker room and baby lockers. Only 2 toilets with one out of TP first thing in the morning is unacceptable!
