Small! But it has Kiehls
I’ve been a lifetime member since 2019 at sky right before Covid started, and this location has been great since it opened. Customer service is wonderful and it doesn’t get crowded like others are claiming in the reviews. If you didn’t like how the gym looked when you did a walk through why the F did you sign up and pay? They didn’t force you lol people are ridiculous if it doesn’t have a pool then go to the one that does a have pool simple.
Gym has turned into a public bathroom for MTA workers. You will see long lines of MTA busses outside, and MTA workers coming in/out of the gym throughout the day to use the locker rooms/amenities. Desk attendants don’t care? Had to wait to use a toilet because of a queue of bus drivers is not what I expected for $329 gym.
Absolutely terrible gym with terrible customer service.
