Management here is pretty bad. No one seems to know what they’re doing and everyone is disrespectful prime example being Tiffany the manager. Who hired her? She has zero customer service skills, she’s nasty, and is constantly scolding the poor staff. Please hire better people so that each visit can provide the service customers are paying for

I wanted to like this club so bad, but alas, I am canceling my membership after just 4 months. It simply is not worth the almost $400 price tag. I’ll try to keep my feedback brief. 1. They make you pay additional for the outdoor pool in the summer. 2. Parking is not completely free, just subsidized (~$6 every time) 3. You have to take an elevator (they have 2) to get to the club which is often out, completely packed, takes forever to get to you or smells terrible. 4. They have centipedes and spiders. Great amenities, clean, great classes/instructors. Equipment is readily available, 10/10!
