All the staff is attentive and polite. The place is always clean This makes working out in experience rather than a chore Terry is especially nice and helpful All the rest of the staff is always pleasant as well I look forward to going to this gym every day
The people who work here are aggressive and pushy. A friend came from out of town and asked for a guest pass. They gave her attitude despite asking politely for clarification and not knowing the rules.
Extremely friendly staff, beautiful interior. Nickel and diming pool for what is already one of the most expensive gyms in Chicago is discouraging. Some specialized equipment but a lot is second rate quality such as roc-it or technogym
Brief but awful stop in Just moved. Walked in. Explained I was checking out gyms near my new place. First thing I was snootily told was they don’t let anyone try the gym for free. Fair enough. Asked how much a day pass was. $100. Asked if could at least tour (not workout) the gym first. Was condescendingly informed I would need to schedule a tour days in advance. Left.
