Small but mighty. Small space, but extremely well organized. It’s clear the staff takes great care of the facility—everything is very clean and well maintained. The studios, in particular, are in excellent condition, making it a pleasure to work out here. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this location is, especially compared to the Centreville Lifetime, which seems to be going downhill. The Centreville location could definitely take notes from Fairfax.

Quality has gone down and prices have gone up.
I’ve been going to Lifetime Fitness for over 13 years, and Zach is by far the best Aquatics Manager I’ve seen. He takes the time to talk with everyone and really gets to know the members. His staff is well-trained, friendly, and professional, and the pool and sauna are always spotless — which is a major factor for me. Zach is also great with kids and makes swim lessons fun and engaging.
