I visited the Fairfax Lifetime location for a gym tour on August 19th at 6:00 PM. My husband already has a membership at the Centreville location, where the staff have always been very welcoming and professional, so I was expecting a similar experience here. This management at this gym is awful. Every time I go here and see these people having meeting on every machines for hours, There are multiple groups of them and the management doesn’t even care.
Members since 2019 and although prices incrementally increase between 18-24 months, we find that the upgrades, staff, and maintenance of the facilities are on par with the increases. They do an excellent job keeping their equipment operating when needing fixing, and cleaning (which seems like every hour if not more) around corners and crevices normally forgotten.
