My family and I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Life Time. The personal training and front desk staff are consistently friendly and professional, and the facilities are always clean and well-maintained. Showers close 15 min before gym apparently. I should be able to use the showers until closing time. Doesn’t make sense that the gym is open past a certain time but the showers are not. Especially when there are no signs or policy stating this.

This gym is truly amazing! Many have talked about the gym itself and the services, the cleanliness, etc. All of that is true! I want to take a moment to highlight my amazing coaches that I have had since I have been back! Edouard, Nic, Rebekah R, and Jessica P have made it possible for me to get back into the gym and working on myself! They have helped me with an injury, provided modifications, pushed me to lifted harder and press me forward when I think I want to stop or dial it back! I have been to Nevada, California, and many different Lifetimes in VA, and by far, our most favorite Pilates instructor is Arleen in Fairfax! She is so friendly and sweet. While also being a knowledgeable and supportive instructor for all 3 years we’ve known her. She’s the reason why we come to Pilates and enjoy our workouts. Big thank you Arleen! Also if you want to get into her class I suggest your reserve early lol. She be booked a month out!
