Good classes!
I visited the club in the morning to get information about membership and tour the facilities. I was told that they only operate by appointment and wasn't allowed inside. The staff then scheduled an appointment for me at 6:30 PM. When I returned at the exact scheduled time, they turned me away again, claiming I didn't have an appointment. I respected their system and followed their rules, but they clearly have zero respect for people's time. Unprofessional and deeply disappointing.
I actually left a very nice review the other day it’s been completely deleted at this point after I got to see the true side of lifetime fitness they’re completely consumed with greed. I got a day pass for my friend. We drove at six in the morning for 40 minutes so we can see the Gym as he was interested in joining And when we got there we were told guests can only join the enter the gym at 10 AM being at the door and essentially kicked out wasting my morning the man at the door cited their policy as the reason we couldn’t c... read more
