Not worth the money they charge at all
I’m incredibly disappointed with how a situation was handled today at Lifetime Fitness in Woodbridge. Yesterday, I called and was clearly told by a staff member at the front desk that I could use two of my guest passes to bring my children to use the pool. Based on that information, I took time off work, drove down from Toronto with my kids, and made plans for a fun day together. Made a membership for myself and my wife. Came for the first time, excited to be part of the community. The front desk wouldn’t create our ID’s or let us in because our addresses are different on our licenses. We provided them with an original copy of our marriage certificate with matching names as proof. They turned us away at the door and said they couldn’t give us a membership card. The best "luxury" gym in the area, because it's the only "luxury gym in the area. Facilities 3/5 Lots of room for improvement. Availability 1/5 Classes are often scheduled during peak times, taking most or all available racks. Staff 4/5 - Most are great, some are not. There's no middle ground. Cleanliness 2/5 Classes 4/5
