Cleanliness 3/5 Classes 4/5 People 2/5 Typically very crowded, there has been a noticeable decline over the past 18 months as far as the level of individuals that attended this gym.

They have new policy’s every damn week super annoying and they’re always tryna charge you extra when paying $300 a month for a membership already save your money go to a private gym
I love it here, LifeTime Woodbridge feels more like a fitness resort than a regular gym. It’s clean, the change rooms are beautiful, the amenities are descent, and the staff from the people at the front to the cleaner are very friendly and accommodating.
