Unfortunately, my experience with the membership and front desk team at Life Time Vaughan fell short of expectations. Communication regarding membership policies was inconsistent, and there was limited effort to address my concerns. Given the premium nature of the club, I expected clearer communication and a higher standard of member service.

*Updated Sept 2026* The best "luxury" gym in the area because it's the only one in the area. There is an excessive number of members, and that number seems to be growing, so it can be hard to find a space or machine even at off peak times. Facilities 4/5 Getting better. Still room for improvement. Availability 2/5 Classes are often scheduled during peak times, taking most or all available racks on the 2nd floor, and much of the space on the 3rd as well.
