Trained with Tyler King for 6 months and was able to drop 13% body fat and achieve my goals. If you want someone who is going to hold you accountable daily on your nutrition and fitness, Tyler is your guy. Update: I'm happy to report the club has greatly improved the guest experience since my original 1 star review in September 2025. Guest hours are more reasonable, and the front desk staff have been consistently friendly and helpful. The facilities, classes and trainers are well worth the cost. I am obsessed with Lifetime! The outdoor and indoor pools are amazing! The best class they have hands down is “lower body mash up” with Jamie!! It’s designed by Jamie and it’s like alpha strength- works on heavy lifting, but primary focus of glutes/legs. Jamie is super positive, easygoing and helpful. Love his class! I had brought a guest to the gym today to check out the gym, what I didn’t expect was to be insulted by the staff working there. Colten and Paige Working the front desk were very rude to me and my friend regarding and incident I’ve never felt more embarrassed, and I will never recommend this gym to anybody. I honestly felt racially attacked. Do not consider getting a membership here
