Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. En los últimos años a bajado bastante la calidad de los servicios. En los otros 2 centros de Ontario son mucho mejor que este.

Not worth the money. Power outage has happened multiple times. Today they had a power outage. Swimming pool wasn’t open. No notice on their app. Dirty changing rooms. Smells like urine in the changing rooms and in the indoor swimming pool. Have witnessed chemicals and cleaning supplies in the family changing room in a locker without a lock. Proposal: "Lift" – Early Bird Barbell Strength Class Due to frequent waitlist times for this class, we suggest creating a earlier "Lift" class focused solely on barbell strength training, suggested scheduled from 5:00 AM to 7:30 AM. This time slot caters to early workers and avoids overlap with busier hours. No cardio included – just weights. Easier to manage than combined strength and cardio classes. The worst customer service experience, this place and staff is very unprofessional namely Menka, she is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I am Completely disappointed with Lifetime’s service and attitude of the staff. Where did they get their training from??? How can you be on the frontline and be unprofessional.
