Had the pleasure of coming to this gym and meeting the “owner” of Lifetime. While obvious sarcasm, the utter unprofessionalism and mismatched policies between gyms leads to continued confusion for members and guests. We came here with guests passes and were provided with perhaps the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not all members will know about policy changes and arguing with potential members about said changes rather than solving the problem at hand will only continue to turn customers away. Well, this is a nice club, and the gyms are clean and the facilities such as the pool and sauna are good, in the snack bar or restaurant is well run, and they have great Childcare, and great classes too, a number of the machines are in a state of disrepair and have been so for a while now, about a month in the case of the stationary bicycles. Considering the average cost of this club is 5-6 times the cost of Crunch or other clubs in the area, this is disappointing.
Decent facility, but the amenities are consistently closed or dirty, stocks are often low, and the majority of other members are rude and disgusting. Not a great time.
