Overall, a good fitness center while understanding that many Lifetime's have a lot more amenities such as courts, food, salon, etc. The monthly membership price at this facility is high and might have some issues once another fitness center opens in Apex later this year. I will be checking both facilities out and price will be a factor.
I’ve just started training at this gym, and the biggest drawback I’ve noticed so far is that the water from the drinking fountains is warm. Why isn’t it being cooled? Considering the relatively high membership cost, I would expect at least cold drinking water to be available.

My wife and I worked out here for about 5 months, but the price is just too high for this facility.
Clean, spacious, comprehensive workout facility with lots of men pumping iron. Some women pump too! Several treadmills and stationary bikes to use while watching. Careful, don't overdo it. Child care available as well as a large dressing room with locking cabinets. Don't worry if you forget the combination to the lock. Call for help!!
