Very bad management. I was member for 2 and half years. Paid as much as $550 a month but manager fought me over $50 credit that their employee already offered and owed to me. Even if i paused and cancelled my membership for couple times before i always came back. But not this times. Just very poor management business decision. It was not even about $50 it is about doing what is right not just trying to nickel and dime your customers over everything.
