Decent gym, but a bit frustrating overall. The front desk often gives different answers about memberships, classes, and account holds, which leads to confusion and makes me double-check my charges. The gym isn’t very big, but it’s clean and good enough for a solid workout. Classes are good, but not all are included despite the $110 monthly fee. GTX and Alpha classes cost extra, which feels overpriced. They also offer kids’ classes, which is a nice option for families.

So why would anyone join this gym when in waking distance is Onelife fitness at a fraction of the cost?

They were cash cow when they were the only option nearby but now that the new gym is opened I think they're gonna be in a death spiral. The new place is bigger cleaner has more amenities and is almost 1/3 of the price so it really be the question. Why would anyone stay?
