Facility and front desk is helpful. But the bathrooms are not clean. Sometime towels are not there.
In response to your response, you addressed this issue by “firing” me. You guys are honestly disgusting with how you handled this situation and how things are handled in the Kids Academy. Kids Academy allows children who touch other children inappropriately to stay and keep going to classes with other children. They also don’t do anything about bullying besides “talking” to the kid. There are several factors contributing to the low review rating. One issue is the limited availability of machines, leading to a crowded environment. Additionally, over 50% of the front desk staff displayed unhelpful behavior, which negatively affected the overall experience. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the family locker area bathrooms could use improvement. Based on my experience, the facilities at Lifetime in the Texas Houston area are significantly better. Overall, I am quite disappointed.
