The general manager was disrespectful and unprofessional in handling concerns. There’s a specific group of members that creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, and management seems to tolerate it. Great gym, but very poor leadership.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Life Time in Gainesville. While the facilities themselves are top of the line and among the best in the area, the management completely undermines what could otherwise be a great gym. The general manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional in my interactions. Instead of addressing concerns with courtesy and fairness, I felt dismissed and treated poorly.
