Beautiful facility. Tons of clean, well maintained equipment. The hot tub, sauna, and steam room are clean and hot. The recovery room has nice water jet massage chairs and Normatec. Gainesville has some amazing personal trainers, like Taylor, and I love the pilates classes with Danielle. I spend 5 days a week here and definitely feel like I get money's worth!
Just canceled my membership. This gym is way overpriced for what it offers. On top of the high fees, they charge extra for almost every activity. The breaking point for me was finding out they close the basketball court from 6 AM to 6 PM just to run kids' summer camps and make more money. Look elsewhere—I have no idea how people put up with this nonsense.
If you didnt know it already, Life Time is the Holy Grail of fitness centers. Wait! It's not exactly a fitness center, it's a Country Club! Not exaggerating. I love it!! And I like the initials too
