Joined only recently, great experience so far. Also I heard them play Cortis so they can do no wrong. I locked myself out of the locker day 1 and they were so helpful. Before I got back someone was already waiting for me to help. Front desk has always been so kind and sweet everytime I check in. The cleaning staff is non stop on the floor and in the locker rooms and the place is honestly kept in great shape. I hate to give Lifetime one star, but after my experience that is all it deserves. I absolutely love working out here, I am here using the facilities 6 days out of the week. Yesterday, I decided to bring a guest. I have never once had an issue with bringing a guest in with me. The woman at the front desk, Jackie, was absolutely disgusting to us. I recently toured the facility to gather information for myself and my family, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon arrival, Jackie welcomed me warmly and guided me through the check-in process. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand exactly what I was looking for. I really like working out here although some front desk staff are very disrespectful and rude. There’s been multiple times I came in as a guest and was given attitude alongside with faces being made at me that come off like their pissed. Jackie has given me a hard time to come in and workout, especially bringing her coworkers to the front desk and tell them the issue of me guesting there in front of my face and this has happened on many occasions.
