Some equipment’s been out of order for a while
I’ve noticed a short employee with blonde hair, usually tied in a bun, who often sits in the aquatics office. I’ve also seen her several times outside the swimming pool area, frequently talking with a male employee who has gray or platinum-colored hair, who appears to be her boyfriend. Unfortunately, my experience with Jordan was extremely disappointing. The way I was treated left me feeling completely dismissed and disrespected, which is especially disappointing from someone whose job is supposed to involve trust, professionalism, and making clients feel supported. I would not recommend Jordan based on my personal experience.
Absolutely stunning gym . Men’s locker room attendants are great . Josh or Joshua , Stephan ( I believe Manager ) , Mike ( I believe supervisor ) were great and energetic. They were all over the club and talking to everyone they encountered. Showers , steam room , sauna , workout floor and classes were all great . The recovery area & those massage chairs helped elevate the experience as well I did not have time to try to cold plunge and hot tub but that will be another great experience next visit I’m sure .
This gym is a total ripoff. They basically charge you $300 a month and give you absolutely nothing in return. Their gym equipment is very old and dated. Most of their machines could cause injuries. They have very few pieces of somewhat modern equipment and machines but not really. Their bathrooms are always dirty and disgusting. Including the showers.
