Beautiful gym. Great location and well organized staff. Good vibration working out at this facility.
Best Life time in the tri state area. Out of every single life time location in New York this is the one. Gym is beautifully taken care of. Enormous and spacious gym, studio and pool areas. Members are respectful and you feel comfortable here. Front desk staff is great especially Kristin excellent costumer service. Classes here are all very good and professional. The gym is clean, properly maintained and has nice kids/lap pools indoor and outdoor. Kids club helps busy parents a lot, they even have parents night out included in membership. Personal trainers are amazing and helpful. The trainer Matt is especially good! He is knowledgeable and experienced, helping me achieve results that I never thought possible. It is both fun and effective to train with Matt, creating a memorable experience that will last a ‘Life Time’. If you are new to strength training, a trainer is a must!

They do not answer the phone and front desk is rude. Summer guest policy paying $100 per guest when it was historically included in membership is total scam. Avoid avoid avoid
