I’m very disappointed with the way Manager Aifha handled the situation. She was unprofessional, unfriendly, and dismissive toward members. She made us feel unimportant and showed no regard for how her actions affected us. Additionally, she changed the basketball borrowing policy without notifying anyone in advance. I wondered why this location always had bad reviews , specifically towards the front desk staff. Until today, my son who is a frequent member brought in a new guest who has never visited any lifetime locations was confronted by a woman named Ayesha accusing his guest of already visiting the gym and not allowing him entry. I always go to lifetime in garden city today I switched it up and decided to go to the syosset location and the lady aisha with a hijab on was very very disrespectful I wanted to bring a guest in and she didn’t want to let us in saying that my guest was here already in the past 60 days even though he never came in, she has no class at all, she is very low class in the way she speaks. Great gym. They are constantly changing or adding things which makes me feel better about the $309 monthly fee. However, when I signed up over a year ago I thought that being a luxury gym and people paying much higher fees per month would mean the other members would also be an upgrade over other gyms. This is not the case. So many times I see plates stacked on the wrong weight tree despite there being a label for each designated plate area.
