Life Time Fitness Customer Service is a Joke! I had used the Romeoville, IL and the Orland Park, IL location, the clubs are 11 miles in each direction from my home. Two months ago I started using a new club my husband goes to, I have not canceled my membership yet. The management and customer service at LIFETIME FITNESS is a JOKE! I agree with lack of communication Have made several calls for postings or to get information and have been forwarded into voice mail. Have never received a return phone call. I was impressed at first but am not anymore. One time I got the manager and pointed out different things. There was dried toothpaste on one of their advertisements for over a week. The only reason I keep my membership is because it is convenient.
Such an awesome place! This gym has it all and some more. I was completely wowed with the premises and the offerings for members. The entire building is clean and has friendly staff. The children's area is secure and it had lots of activities the children will enjoy. The locker rooms were astounding.Highly recommend!
lack of communication, closing When I started at Lifetime, I thought that it was a nice club, but I'm becoming more and more disenchante. First, there has been a strong scent of mold/mildew in the showers for YEARS. They are finally working on it now, but it is long overdue. Second, they closed the club for 10 days in September, supposedly for remodeling, and didn't offer a reduction in fees for the month since they were closed for 1/3 of it! Horrible Customer Service! I called there 3 times on 3 different days trying to get information about a birthday party for my daughters. Finally after talking to a manager I was told they only do them for members. Even though I know people who have had parties in the past and were not members. So unprofessional!
NO WAY! Well, I give it 5 stars for some of those lonely, bored Moms that carry two cell phones, (T-R-O-U-B-L-E-!) BUT, I give it a zero for management and customer service. I give it 3 stars for the childcare area but a zero for the childcare workers who mostly complain and talk about the other mothers and what they do. zero for the bathrooms, disgusting! Life Time Fitness is truly disappointing If you never have need for any level of customer service, then this is your place. However don't be persuaded by the optics of the facility, the customer service by staff AND management is below acceptable levels for any business, especially one that charges what Life Time does for membership. .
Excellent, clean facility I signed up for Lifetime 3 years ago, and go almost every morning. The place is spotless, and the variety of equipment is amazing. The building features 3 basketball courts, a rock climbing wall, a complete gym, AND a pool. Athletic trainers are all over the place if you need a quick tip, or you can set up a one-on-one session for a nominall fee. I have recommended a few people to the facility, and all of them love it.
