Lauren was super kind for the tour and I really like it so far! It is like a cruise on land with the great pools, cafe, gym, classes, kids club.
Bad service, Too expensive
Employees are on their phones instead of assisting members. There was a code 100 for a serious event involving a member losing consciousness and these two employees were on their phones and did not move! This is so unsafe! I feel so bad for the members, I will be canceling membership today and spreading the word. Spend your money somewhere else! Why are there towels on the ground?
It's a huge gym with just about everything you'd need. They've recently added hydromassage and cryo-chairs upstairs. Great steam room (when it's working) and the pool sauna is excellent and HOT. The sauna in the men's locker room is not very good, not nearly as hot. The biggest caveat is the hours of operation. For a membership price near $200, they need to be a 24 hour facility.
