My family and I recently moved and were deciding between two gyms. We were in the area so decided to walk in to see if we could do a quick tour. Stood at the desk before anyone would even look at us, when we asked for a tour the grumpy woman told us we have to be scheduled to take a look around and that we needed to come back at a different time. Overall disappointing. To start your morning with what appears to be just a miserable person. It's almost a game every morning to try to get a smile or even a hello. Tell us you hate being here without telling us. Definitely some egos with some personal trainers and if your not a client they pay no attention or show personality. A gym should have positivity and energy..the staff fails at an epic level. Forget about using the "Spa" for a haircut. Spending $45 is never a problem but frankly you can get better treatment at Spor... read more
