Just because you buy the membership does not mean you always have access to all the amenities. 55+, extra paid classes, and kids swim class have the gym grid locked on their schedules. Group classes that cost extra take up a lot of the equipment on the floor, playing their music on top of the music the gym plays, making it very noisy. It’s ridiculous that you pay $400/mo for a family membership and are given 4 guest passes per month. Can’t use them on a Saturday or Sunday.
