Cancellation policy requires one months notice. I tried to cancel online on July 31 but the corporate office doesn't allow you to so you have to go into the club or send a certified letter. I went in August 1 and they are going to charge me to the end of September. I called corporate office who held if over my head "you signed the contract". It should not take 60 days to cancel a health club membership and you should be able to cancel online. Lifetime Fitness only cares about taking your money, not helping their members. Go ... read more

I highly recommend the LifeSpa and Salon, it is open to the public, reasonable prices, very friendly and knowledgable service providers. Wonderful retail products like Jane Iredale, Murad, and Aveda. You can also use the day care on site and gym at Lifetime fitness for free when you have an appointment at the spa!
I've long been intimidated by gyms but feel very comfortable here -- nice people, friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean as a whistle and pleasant surroundings. Lots to do -- steam room is my fave!
Do not attend this gym. Life Time Fitness is solely based on membership and sales. The employees will treat you great if you are considering a membership; however, once a member, you are treated like dirt. This gym goes through employees like dirty towels - most end up quitting, as do many of the members. They cancel classes or close the pools without advance notice. Additionally, many of their fitness instructors are simply not that good. You are better off joining a different gym.

Good quality for the price When you walk into lifetime fitness the only thing you think about is how big it is. Well in order for it to be a big place that has to mean one thing... space. I know when I am working out I don't want to be really crowded in a small gym and just smell sweat all around me. I used to work out at a gym that was like that and I hated it. The best decision I ever made! Open 24 hours, but plenty of equipment and workout areas even in the busiest of times! Friendly staff, super-clean locker rooms, always fresh towels...Plus convenience of cafe and salon in-house!
