I was very impressed with the level of service that I received today. Tracey went out of her way to educate me on the options available in regards to purchasing vice renting and quickly got me set up with the equipment that we needed.
The support from the staff in particular, Ms. Tracy was exceptional. Going above and beyond to find the right product and fit was her first and foremost priority before a sale. There is something to be said about this retailer and their attention to detail and customer service. Thank you Ms. Tracy for your kindness, PATIENCE and support.
We were ĵust in Parksville for one day and my husband's walker had a loose bolt and a missing knob. We stopped by Life Support and a very helpful lady quickly fixed the problem. Thank you so much - very much appreciated!
Spoke with Tracy on the phone today with my dad, she did everything in her power to assist us and give us the information we needed. She went above and beyond on the call, she introduced herself and was very polite and caring. Thank you so much for the great customer service.
My grandmother has a product from them that's still under warranty and they are refusing too repair the product trying to make her pay for it. She has cancer and can't walk so she uses this product to get around and now she's stuck not being able to move or get around to do the things she needs too. Terrible service in my opinion a scam. Would give no star if possible.
